• NOTE TECNICHE: aromi puri da uve lavorate a freddo con pressatura soffice, chiarifica statica e fermentazione prolungata al limite termico dei lieviti.
• Note fruttate di banana e di mela gialla che si annunciano con il colore paglierino già al primo sguardo. Uno Chardonnay dal sapore pieno delle calde estati del sud e testimone del fresco torrente Toccacielo che attraversa i vigneti della tenuta Battifarano prima di sfociare nel mar Jonio. Un nome che è già la promessa di un vino corposo e dal buon grado alcolico e che ben si accompagna alla buona cucina italiana.

• TECHNICAL NOTES: pure aromas from cold-processed grapes with soft pressing, static clarification and prolonged fermentation at the thermal limit of the yeasts.
• Fruity notes of banana and yellow apple that announce themselves with the straw-yellow color at first glance. A Chardonnay with the full flavor of the hot southern summers and witness of the fresh Toccacielo stream that crosses the vineyards of the Battifarano estate before flowing into the Ionian Sea. A name that is already the promise of a full-bodied wine with a good alcohol content and which goes well with good Italian cuisine.
